60 Minute Session
Soft Tissue Therapy
Every session begins with a conversation about what has brought you in, how your symptoms developed, and what you would like to achieve from treatment. This is followed by an assessment of movement to identify any restrictions or areas that may be contributing to the problem. Where appropriate, a postural assessment may also be carried out if it is relevant to your symptoms.
Once the assessment is complete, treatment is tailored to your individual needs. As the session progresses, the area is reassessed to monitor improvements and guide the remainder of the treatment, adapting the approach based on how your body responds
Treatment May Include:
- Soft Tissue Massage
- Deep Tissue Techniques
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Muscle Energy Techniques (MET's)
- Movement Reassessment
- Reciprocal Inhibition (RI's)
Dry Needling
Dry needling is available when appropriate or if specifically requested. Hands-on treatment is always the preferred starting point, with dry needling used as an additional technique where it may provide further benefit.
Pre & Post Event
Pre Event
Pre-event treatment is focused on preparing the body before training, competition or a sporting event. The aim is to identify areas that may need attention and work on any tightness, restriction or imbalance that could affect movement.
This can include general loosening of the lower limbs, identifying areas that need attention and focusing treatment where it is most needed before activity.

Post Event
Post-event treatment focuses on recovery following training, competition or sporting activity. The session can look at areas that have been heavily used and identify any tightness, imbalance or discomfort that may have developed.
Treatment can then be focused on those areas to support recovery and help the body return towards normal movement.
